Recognition

Columbus Life's Presidents Leadership Forum

Columbus Life's President hosts the top 12 to 20 producers at this exclusive meeting each year against the backdrop of such locales as County Clare, Ireland, Vienna, Austria, and the history-rich ports of the Baltic and Mediterranean Seas. The purpose of the conference is for senior management to receive and deliver critical information regarding operations, sales concepts, field support, and products offered by Columbus Life. We offer this conference to top producers by invitation only. Invitation eligibility is based contribution to revenue (including production and retention of assets under management), loyalty, and support given to the company (e.g., Field Advisory Committee, Field Product Team, sales ideas, etc.).

National Producer Conference

Family, leisure, business and luxury are combined each year at our National Producer Conference. Top producers are educated about the company's products and services and receive critical information from management. Traditionally, the NPC is held at family-centric sites - such as the Walt Disney World® Resort and Atlantis at Paradise Island, Bahamas - to allow producers to combine valuable family time with professional growth. Attendance is by invitation only to top producers. Eligibility takes into account the following factors: contribution to revenue (production, number of cases and retention of assets under management), loyalty, and support given to the company (e.g., Field Advisory Committee, Field Product Team, sales ideas, etc.).

Sales Contests

Columbus Life holds sales contests each year. Contest leaders are recognized weekly during each contest period, and leading producers can earn prizes in several categories, such as pre-loaded MasterCards and conference credit.
